If you have a question about using the program, about producing covers of the best possible quality, or how to achieve a particular drawing effect, please take a moment to look over our tips, and you may find the answer there. Contacting Us If you need to contact us, the easiest way to do so is by e-mail. Send your e-mail to webmaster@ebookcompiler.com We endeavour to reply to all e-mail as quickly as possible. We are a small company, so in occassional cases (example: vacations), it may take a bit longer than usual. Except in exceptional circumstances (fire, flood or vacations), we generally attempt to reply within 2-3 business days, and will often reply much sooner. Lost Registration Keys If you are a registered user, and need a replacement registration key (for example because of a hard-disk crash), we will be very happy to issue you a replacement key, free of charge.1 Download the software again if necessary. If you have not changed your e-mail address, and have your ClickBank receipt number, you can get a replacement key using our online tool. Please note: The online tool limits provides only a limited number of replacement keys per customer. If you are not able to use the online tool: you will need to e-mail us at webmaster@ebookcompiler.com If you have not already done so, download the free version again, from our download information page. Start CoverFactory, and click Register on the Options menu. On the dialog box, it says "Your User ID is NNNNNN" Where NNNNN is a 6-digit number. Write this number down, the click OK. E-mail us with the number you wrote down in step 3, and your full name. Our e-mail address is webmaster@ebookcompiler.com For a quicker response: If possible, please include the date you purchased (even if only approximate), and if you have it, your ClickBank receipt number. We fully appreciate that, in this circumstance, that you have already paid for the software - so we will do our absolute best to respond as quickly as possible. 1Our License Agreement states a 90 day time-limit and other limitations on issuing of free replacement keys. Even so, whenever possible and reasonable (in our sole judgement), we will issue replacement keys to customers at no additional charge. However, in all cases, we reserve the right to strictly conform to the rules within our License Agreement, and do not guarantee that we will exceed the rules as stated in the License Agreement. Refund Policies We want you to be delighted with any item that you purchase from our company. We sincerely hope that you will be. If you have a problem do not hesitate to contact us. If you feel the product does not perform as promised, or you are dissatisifed with your purchase for any reason, including changing your mind - please contact us within 8 weeks of the date of purchase, and we will refund you.
